The hotel is conveniently located near the tram line which will take you to Piazzale Roma in Venice within 10 minutes. It is situated in a calm area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The breakfast offers a variety of options and there are nearby restaurants to choose from.

The breakfast buffet was good with a decent variety of options. the location was convenient, as there was free parking available and a train station nearby for easy access to the main attractions. It saved us a lot of money not having to pay for parking in the city.

Very secure underground parking with locked electric gate and camera. Convenient location for tram to Venice town. Plentiful, unlimited breakfast with friendly, helpful staff. Clean, modern rooms with mini fridge and wifi. Good towels and toiletries provided.
